What we're looking for

We're seeking one great business: founder or family-owned, financially strong, and ready for a thoughtful transition.

Revenue

$5M – $30M in annual revenue. We're focused on established businesses with a track record of consistent performance.

Ownership

Family or founder-owned businesses where the owner is ready for a meaningful transition: retirement, a new venture, or finding the right steward for what comes next.

Business Model

Recurring or repeatable revenue streams, a defensible market position, and a team in place. We favor businesses with durable customer relationships.

Geography

United States. We're flexible on location and are prepared to relocate to where the business operates.

Industry

We are sector-agnostic and evaluate each opportunity on its own merits. What matters most is a durable business model, not the industry it operates in.

Colin is an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School with a background in private equity and lower-middle-market investing. He previously led sourcing and execution across buyouts and co-investments at Salem Capital Management, a single-family investment office in Boston. A University of Virginia graduate with highest distinction, Colin brings deep investment experience and a rigorous approach to building durable businesses.

Andrew is an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School with a background in M&A and operational strategy in the professional training sector. He previously sourced and closed acquisitions at Axcel Learning, Alpine Investors' professional education platform, growing company scale by 400% across seven deals. A University of Virginia graduate with distinction, Andrew brings deep transaction experience and a hands-on operating orientation to building durable businesses.
